When you wake up and feel great after a night of heavy drinking. A few hours go by and suddenly you feel as if a train has hit your body and sent you into another dimension. You have been hit by the delayed hangover.

You: Damn, I surprisingly feel great this morning after finishing a whole bottle of Tito’s last night.

Friend: Just wait, I bet you get hit by a delayover this afternoon.
