Originally defined as a castrated male pig intended for slaughter, but is now also used to describe a weak, submissive, unconfident male with similar connotations as the original definition.

Girl 1: "Ew, look at that guy over there. He's so weak and unconfident."
Girl 2: "Yea, he's a total barrow"
