PRONOUNCED: (NOT - NIM - YELL - LOB). A 2-4 person variation of badminton, with volley rules. Use a balloon as the birdie. You hold a regular badminton racket upside down where the net connects to the handle in your non dominant hand. First team to 7 points wins. ( in a garage recommended)
