It's an abbreviation of "popiči" in Slovak, meaning "cool" or "nice", used in chat conversations. It's becoming an equivalent of English "lol", due to its overuse. Usually used as one-word-answer (sometimes sarcastically). Can be used as adjective as well.

Kúpil som si nové ppc boty.
(I bought new cool shoes.)
