Slow Your Row 

To tell someone to settle down because they are getting ahead of themselves.

If 4 people were rowing a boat and the boat kept turning instead of going straight someone would yell out, "Slow Your Row!"

If someone was over-reacting their friend might say "Calm Yourself," or "Slow Your Row!"
