MSC stands for "Muie Sofia-Cojocariu". It is meant to be said when someone rents an apartament for his/her's birthday, some guests give him/her a great birthday gift and beverage, yet the host decides not to allow them to stay at the rented place, and throws them away, without the slightest form of remorse.
