scuba stupid
1.if used in a derogatory tone, someone who is drowning in stupidity expressing a negative connotation or a low opinion of someone or something, 2. if the tone is expressed positively connotative to someone who shows extreme talent with little effort to become talented in sports or music, or expressing positively connotative about something you may find cool or unique.
