A derivative of the blumpkin. While one girl blows you, you shit in another girl's mouth but instead of her swallowing your dookie, she chews your shit, thus leaving shit in her teeth like she ate a jujy fruit. In order to clean her teeth of your shit, you piss in her mouth.
