The feeling when your foot or toes fall asleep from being deprived of the flow of blood from usually accidental pressure. Or Maybe diabetes who knows. e.g. Lighthearted term

-wakes up- "Whoa my foot's asleep, actually it's like pins in needles in my toes and it kinda tickles" -Friend-"Nah man you got 'comatoes'!"
