Mr. FUPA hunter's definitions
A person with the gift of possessing a FUPA(Fat Upper Pubic Area) but from a Hispanic background. Fupacabras generally only speak Spanish and are very ugly looking(like a chupacabra) so that people know when a Fupacabra is nearby. Fupacabras are very common in Southern California and other southern states.
Colin- "OMG! DID YOU JUST SEE THAT FUPACABRA WADDLE PAST US?"
Austin- "No, i was too busy finishing off this cup of Fupa Juice."
