A clare is someone who is Extremely obnoxious and backstabbing person.
When people are around her they feel nothing but miserable. Be sure to stay far away from those that seem like a “clare”.

Reyna: ugh did u see that kaylee girl she’s such a clare.
Elliana: yeah i know right! did you know she started her weed addiction in the seventh grade!?
