when someone feels raw they do something that they feel was cool, sometimes without actually showing emotion but someone can tell that they feel good.

*Person 2 shoots the ball and it enters the basket all net. Some people clap for him*

Person 1: Yo look at him that nigga feelin raw.
Person 3: Yeah i see what you mean.
