A man/woman that hoards food for such an unnecessary amount of time, that it is considered illegal in some countries. Said items are usually stored for that "special time", which realistically never occurs.

John: "Dude, open those pretzels and give me one, they look awesome"
Chris: "Nah man, I'm saving those for when North Korea and South Korea unite and forget their differences"
John: "GOD.........stop being such a foodjew"
