It's starts as a sneeze but ends with vomit. Likely to occur when you have the flu and a gastro bug OR when some has eaten a really hot dish which they can't handle.

I'm not feeling so good. I think I'm going to sneeze

Calleja

To achieve a level of awesomeness previously thought unattainable

I did a Calleja in the surf competition

He Calleja'd all the outstanding work. No one has ever achieved that much in such a short time
