Lalr is an abbreviation for "looking a little rough". It's when you see someone walk by and you say to yourself, "Did they not look in the mirror this morning"? These people are in need of help in general. Maybe their clothes need help. Maybe their overall appearance needs help. But, if one thing is for certain, they need help in general.

Hey did you just see what that girl was wearing?
No, I didn't. What was she wearing?
