an acronym (tearing my face off) - The feeling that you want to tear your face off because you're annoyed by something/someone, disgusted by something/someone's behavior or mad at something/someone. You're expressing these feelings so hard, that you want to harm yourself (by tearing your/their face off) or others, so you can relief stress and calm yourself down.

"Are you okay, fam?"
"I just wanna tmfo..."
"Dang, you must be very mad, bro. What happened?"
