When a man has small salty balls. Saladitos are a mexican candy made of dried plums coated in salt and chile.

Elena: I was with Rico last nite but I think Ima stop seeing him

Lupita: Porque? Why?

Elena: Cuz he's got saladitos.

Lupita: But those were your favorite when we were kids!
