Surfing the Web with no particular purpose, often due to extreme boredom. Derived from the phrase Wwilf(meaning "What was I looking for?").

Person 1:"Hey, aren't you meant to be checking up on our homework assignment?"

Person 2: No, sorry. I'm Wilfing.
