ADJECTIVE Negative - usually used as an insult

1. When someone would have looked hot, if it were 2008.

2. When someone cannot keep up with fashion/beauty trends.

eg "sperm" eyebrows, or Orange™ foundation

3. Another way of saying someone looks old
