A form of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder that involves constant checking of your Fit Bit and the constant creation of increasingly arbitrary exercise goals.

When you act older than you really are. Aches, pains. etc are exagerated and injuries occur often. Slow movements and being stuck in past styles such as black and white TVs, VCRs, and 30 year old cars.

That nutty bastard got hurt playing shuffle board and pulled an iacobellas by missing 2 months of work.
