n. A piece of, or pieces of, crack rock strategically hidden inside of an icecream cone, and usually sold out of an old white van by a parole violating sex offender. Creepy music is usually involved.

Tom: Hey man, what is the ice cream truck doing riding around at noon in February?!

Matt: Oh, he's just selling cracksicles.
