Shhhhh Lady

A woman in a library or other public facility with extremely accute hearing who is offended by noice levels above 60 decibels.

Commonly applied to Librarians or Supervisors for students.

I was breathing too loudly, hence I encurred the rath of the Shhhhh lady...
