Euphemism for an assassin. Usually in the context of political assassinations. Originating when Far-Right political pundit Charlie Kirk was assassinated shortly after a writer for Jezebel paid etsy witches to hex him.
Person 1: "Do you hear the outrageous shit he's saying!?"
Person 2: "He better wish that someone does get a 'Etsy Witch' to 'hex' him."
Person 2: "He better wish that someone does get a 'Etsy Witch' to 'hex' him."
