Literally Maglite backwards. Used in the '80s and '90s by cops as a humorous way to describe beating a person with their large and heavy Maglite brand flashlights leading to the logo being imprinted on the forehead of the suspect.

Haha! That dude that resisted arrest and kicked me, got an etilgam real quick!
