A covertly mean person, when exposed as being vindictive will quickly play the victim.

My vindictim future ex-wife sure turned on the tears fast once we all found out she was the anonymous tipster to the IRS.

Cuntfrontational

A person, usually female, who reponds negatively to a statement or question.

My wife is as cuntfrontational as my brother in law's wife. Upon arriving home from work, I said "Hi" to her. She responded "Wow. Really?"
