This person, usually a male, have a special ability to always act dumb and be a complete moron. The person is such a big idiot there is no way he could be serious. If you ever encounter a Jesper remember to stand completely still, punch his nose, scream and run over him, Jesper's usually aren't strong so it should be an easy task for you. Never invite a Jesper to your home, they always find a way to destroy an aquarium, sleep on the floor and lose their pants.
