1. Someone who is covered in so many tattoos that their body resembles a zoo, complete with wild animals and other garish inkings on display for public exhibition.

Pandemonium so out of control that it's shifted the alphabet around. Sheer and utter chaos. Absolute bedlam. Also known as Mandy Ponium, the nickname given to holy terrors.

Mother looked up to see what the noise was and mandeponium reigned all over the house.
