Mandari's definitions
Coined by streamer Derrick Branch for his fanbase Dead Gang. It is a shortened version of "On Dead and Them". Used much like "On God", it means to swear it is the truth. It does not mean kill all cops as the racist alt right definition attempt at spreading misinformation states.
