Someone who stops in the middle of the aisle in the supermarket blocking the way with their trolley so nobody can get past and not even realise it. Can be applied to many similar situations.

A person who is retarded in their ability to use a computer properly.

Can't type fast enough to keep up in chatrooms. Does'nt know what people are talking about when they are having conversations about pc's and software applications.
