A person of persian backround with extremely bleached hair in the style of Farah Fawcett. Anyone from Iran that has bleached blonde hair. They are usually spotted at Loehmann's or Nordstrom Rack.

Look at that Farsi Fawcett driving her Mercedes, I bet she is on her way to Loehmann's!
