A Lisa seems like a normal girl that doesn't shower enough or keep her car clean. Beneath her probably stained hipster dress is her crusty vagina & uneven saggy breasts. The type of girl that can't even get the boyfriend she stole hard. A Lisa is basically the most basic bitch slut on the planet.
