When your low on food, water, energy, or any other survival equipment but you had enough to survive for longer. Sometimes Consumerism Psychotics can include cannibalism and killing for food or other supplies.

Someone who talks about using drugs, but has never actually used any.
Example: People who say 'I'm a crackhead', but show no symptoms of being on crack are false junkies.

Drifter

A drifter is a homeless person often found in big coastal cities. They usually roam to different areas every once in a while, but never stay permanently. 2 big things different about a hobo and a drifter is hobos tend to rely on help while drifters are always self-reliant. Another thing is a hobo never moves to town to town like a drifter. If you do see a hobo wandering to different areas, that's a homeless person, not a hobo
