heroin-lite 

morphine, the narcotic painkiller. used in reference to the fact that the chemical name of heroin is diacetyl morphine, and the fact that, once in your system, heroin breaks down into morphine.

In the hospital they wouldn't give me demerol, but they hooked me up with some heroin-lite.
