The mother of all sexually transmitted diseases or a combination of various sexually transmitted diseases. Usually used when describing someone who has "been around the block" a few times.

herpecyphaghoneritis 

A slang term meaning many sexually transmitted diseases or the mother of all sexually transmitted diseases. A good indicator that someone has "been around the block." A step up from cyphaghoneritis.

Don't get to close to Alyson, you could get herpecyphaghoneritis!
