Va Kids that aren’t snobby/smart enough for UVA. Not artsy/too snobby to go to VCU. Don’t want to associate w ODU. And can’t afford/didn’t score an out of state school. We have a huge NoVa population and 757 crowd, as well as a ton of kids from NJ. Academics have improved over the years, undermining our party school tittle. Everyone manages to drink though, there’s nothing else to do; and Hburg reeks of weed.
