Taking a nude of yourself for your own enjoyment. This is actually a very healthy thing to do. I do this very often as a woman. If I feel as though a part of my body is not as attractive as another.EG I hate my fat ass so everyday I'll take 10 different photos of my ass and keep them on my phone in my recently deleted folder. After the 30 days are over I feel as though I'm buzzing about my ass and now love it. I'd strongly recommend anyone tries this just remember not to show anyone, their for your eyes only
