Being book lucky is when you either know nothing about a topic, or are just generally dumb, but still manage to get a good grade/ace a class or test anyway. generally applies when said 'book lucky' person has this happen to them a lot.
"Oh man, Jesse is so book lucky! I live with him. He can't cook ramen by himself, But he keeps getting A's on his tests."
