Someone who pretends to work, but you'll often find that he's neglected to do something he should have done and leaves the work for someone else to fix while he's away.

"Hi Dan, why are you doing this work? Dave was supposed to do it last week."
"Dave pulled another "Smokingbro" and left me to fix it."
