Someone who may be trustworthy at first, but tends to not be very loyal. A Katiana is cute and is always taken. A lot of people will like them. Honestly, a Katiana will put others in misery or make people happy (only for a little while until she finds someone else)

"She's nice, but a Katiana at heart. I'd rather not go down that road."
