Bixin' 

The root of Bixin', Bix, derives from the term used to define someone who has completely lost touch with reality via the use of drugs or through a state of delirium. When a person is bixin', they have no social or intellectual ability. Also, it is noted that those who are bixin' may be dangerous to the surrounding area / persons and should be handled with caution.
