The enforcer of Murphy's Law; uses heighten senses to lock on to weaker prey, upon locating, pounces and leaves prey vulnerable to attack by other social predators.

A teacher letting juicy gossip be known publicly, concerning a student, while class is in session. Then allowing the other students to inquire, occassionally adding to the drama.
