Sure some people might have genetic advantages in terms of IQ, physical fitness, etc etc, but anyone can be the top mark of their class, the best in their school's sport teams, the best guitar player in a band, the greatest with ladies, etc. if they put time and effort and out-work others. Be the first person in the gym when your mates are in bed dreaming, you are making your dream a reality.

Get the grindset mug.Sigma female grindset is very similar to sigma male grindset but it also has distinct differences that touch on feminine aspects of sigma personalities. Sigma females are all about result, outcome, and success and they can care less how they are perceived by the superficial standards of status in a society run by beta females (damsel in distress mindset ) and alpha females (Instagram models). One could argue that sigma females are the true alpha females while so-called "alpha" females are in fact NPCs with a sense of fake self-importance. You can spot sigma females by their appearance (wearing yoga pants and a t-shirt in every situation including weddings, their lingo (e.g. bruh market is super bullish right now, hold on a tad bit).
