A Political Party promise given during an Election to entice voters but usually not kept after the election.

Ploy + Promise
Ploymise = policy undertaking not fufilled

The Political Party promised millions of dollars in funding for Hospitals ect during the elections; however the promised money did not eventuate. Therefore their promises were just Ploymised words or Ploymise
