Omegalopoly 

When and organization is secretly controlled by members of an elite secret club. Originally applied to the subversive controls of Oklahoma Christian by an on campus secret society, it can be applied to any similar situation.

"With the new head of Human Resources being a member of Skull & Bones, this place is becoming an Omegalopoly".
