Legend 27's definitions
A male with a severe lack of intelligence, usually renound for their lack of skill on fifa and their short stubby fingernails. Scott is usually a person who lives in a council house and has a natural smell of a combination of piss and loft. They can usually be found smoking a joint at a children's park or walking his fat stinking dog round town.
