Describes anyone that is hard to talk with or anyone that is difficult hold a conversation with.

Jessy, is a diffiloquitous person, she doesn't know the meaning of most words, and always has to stop and look it up.

Rachel never answers when anyone talks to her, Shes always diffiloquitous and lethargic.
