A person that has the tendency(or fetish) to utilize a snorkel by shoving it up the anal cavity of any creature, and inhaling.

"Jim was walking down the street when he was pulled into an alleyway. He was pinned against the wall by a man who had a snorkel on his face. 5 seconds later, it was shoved 10 miles up his ass, with Jim yelling "YOU GODDAMN SNORKLEY!!!!!"
