money; or moneys (ghedas). More a gay community term for cash or coins, usually in the Southern US.

Girl, I don't have a gheda one to buy those pumps. I won't have any ghedas until next Friday.

to go into motion quickly or in an otherwise preferable pace or manner.

You're a passenger in a car with your friend driving while at a red light. The light turns green and you're friend doesn't see it. You knock him on the chest with the back of your hand and say... "zoova"
