Its a word that someone says loud, for no reason, just for fun, it can be used to call somebody, like, for example :("STAEPE, Tiago Pinto!").
Originally, created by two friends on messenger, when one of the friends, writed a wrong word, (that was staepe) and the other friend joked with him.
Its a popular meme in Portugal, famous portuguese YouTubers utilize it.
