A lake located in South America that borders Peru and Bolivia.
Due to the name's similarity to slang words for breast and feces in the English language, the term is often used to comic effect.

Cornholio: "I am the Great Cornholio! I come from Lake Titicaca, Titicaca, Titicaca! I am Cornholio! I need TP for my bunghole! Are you threatening me?"
